    All packages include one FTP account, unlimited web traffic, and technical support via email or phone.

  • Onsite Service

    Unlike other computer servicing companies which charge a service call by the hour, we have a fixed rate for service call on a per incident basis.

    Onsite Service As a result, our customer can comfortably indicate the areas needed for support without time considerations. If we are unable to provide remedies to the call on the first visit, subsequent visits are free until the service call is fulfilled.

    After Hours/Off-Area

    Extra charges applicable for remote areas. 'Normal hours' is defined as 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday, except public holidays.

    Most of the onsite services we perform for clients today are actually simple, striaghtforward, and not hardware related. In order to provide a faster response to these daily client requests, Supreme Computing is proud to provide remote support services that can save time and cost to customers.

    Remote-IT-Support Customers can see from their own desktop screen on how our IT support staff provides remedy to the issue in a quick and controlled manner.

    Customers can enter into an IT contract, or Pay-As-You-Go basis to our Remote IT Support Services, making it a flexible choice for small and medium-sized businesses to outsource IT support services.

    Comprehensive Active Remote Support in full, is a program that offers remote support to subscribed clients.

    End-users can call our support line to initiate a one-to-one live remote support session to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Proactive Server Monitoring

    We will monitor your Windows server continuously on server status health, patch management, backup status, anti-virus defintions update, and more.

    Monitoring services can be 8x5, or 24x7 depending on different customer needs.
